Your data stays private
Everything you put into xaipos — your sales, orders, customers, accounting, stock counts, tables, and staff & payroll — stays on our own secure servers and is used only to run the service for you.
We never sell it, and we never share it with anyone — no advertiser, no other business, no outside party. We only look at your data when you ask us to, or when it’s needed to keep the service running.
How we keep it safe
- Encrypted (HTTPS) between your devices and our servers.
- Stored on access-controlled servers — only authorised xaipos staff, only to run and support the service.
- Backed up regularly, and built offline-first so nothing is lost when the internet drops.
On this website
If you send the “Start free” or contact form, your name, email, phone and message are sent securely to our own servers and reach our own inbox — used only to reply to you and set up your trial. Form submissions are never passed to any third party, and we don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
